App doesn't work!! Doesn't load to internet and can't use it.
The app is terrible. Constantly shows "connecting" so every operation takes longer than necessary. It is not possible to set a timer, i.e. change the level/jiggle/noise after a given time. This is such a basic feature that is missing.
Absolutely infuriating. Same BROKEN app issues as 2 yrs ago. Honestly reason enough to return the snoo. How has this not been fixed team? Terrible app responsiveness. Often not loading/freezing on the loading screen. Tested on multiple devices. No rhyme or reason - it REFUSES to open at the most critical moments. Currently not opening despite a force stop, app reinstall and reboot of the devices. Nothing like a crying baby to highlight which apps are broken and taking FAR TOO LONG TO LOAD.
Can't explain how much this thing is a God sent.
Setup flow is broken. Asks for a bunch of permissions if you deny some of them like birthdate you then get stuck in the create profile page where birth date is mandatory. Force killed the app and now it's stuck unable to detect my snoo because the snoo isn't set up.
love the snoo, the app is okay but sometimes I have some trouble connecting and have to restart the app. otherwise the snoo has given us so much help and extra sleep time
It is really annoying that you need to install an app to be able to turn on the oscillation function. It is quiet frankly scary parents are forced to download the app and have data take and that buttons on the machine itself are conviently not installed to force you to download it. Also, sometimes sleep deprived parents don't have their phone on them or the snoo isn't connected to the wifi for some reason.
My wife and I were skeptical for the first month or so but quickly saw how much our little guy loved sleeping in his Snoo. He has turned into a pretty great sleeper now at 4 months old and we're sure the Snoo has played a big role in that. Our baby boy had some digestive issued early on and the Snoo definitely seemed to help comfort him during that time - would highly recommend the Snoo to any parents it can be a huge help for your little ones especially if they have any colic or fussiness!
When it connects it's good, but often need to restart the app or switch between multiple screen to get it to do so. This can bea real problem when you need to adjust the settings when you're child is waking up. Several times I couldn't increase the soothing mode in time because of connection issues. Last night the app decided to log my wife and I out in the middle of the night and we needed to remember the password at 3am as our baby cried. The bed is great, but the app needs work.
Sometimes it won't open so you have to close it and reopen. Besides that it's great.
